Grant-Writing Workshop: Foundations and Charities
Participants will review the process of writing effective grant applications and assembling a good proposal to foundations and charities. The basic components of a competitive grant proposal will be presented including the common pitfalls to avoid in grant writing and submission. Appropriate project funding sources will be discussed as well as establishing positive sponsor relationships, satisfying sponsor requirements, and the proposal review process. An overview of Non-Profit & Philanthropy Resources available at the Marriott Library will also be provided.
