This is a REd Asynchronous (online/self-paced) class.
The Clinical Research Budget Negotiation course is the second class in a three-class series. The content is geared towards researchers participating in industry funded clinical trials. In the class, we will begin by discussing the importance of maintaining consistent practices and referencing University resources. Next, we will outline the process of creating a charge budget necessary to begin negotiations. Finally, we will go over examples, inhibitors, and tips to aid in completion of a successful budget negotiation.
At the conclusion of this class, you should be able to:

- Understand the importance of consistent documentation.
- Gather tips to successfully negotiate budgets with industry partners.
