This is a REd Best Practice Network (live) session.
Class Description: Research data resources available to the University Community: (TriNetX, N3C, ACT, PCORnet). For each tool, we will discuss:
- The type of data that is available within the network
- Where and how data is originated
- If de-identified data can be accessed
- Best use-scenario for each tool
- How to access these tools
Class Objectives: At the conclusion of this class, you should be able to:
- Researchers will obtain an understanding of the available research data resources.
- Utilize the data resources for different research studies.
REd Best Practice Networks are 1 hour in length with a 15-minute presentation and a 45-minute discussion that are led by subject matter experts. Participants are expected to come prepared with any questions that they may have and to engage in a conversation with the facilitator and their peers.
